What is your favorite bite sized dessert recipe?
I am making up my Christmas food list and I am trying to come up with some nice small desserts. I thought I would do a couple stands of bite size desserts. I have already decided to do some small cheesecakes and decorate them to look like little packages, What other good recipes are there for bite sized desserts that would go good at Christmas? Thank you in advance

Without a doubt I would say chocolate truffles.
Here is an easy and delicious recipe and you can dip them in powdered sugar, cocoa powder, nuts, coconut and melted chocolate.

For Christmas we always made chocolate, coconut macaroons. I looked forward all year for them! You but them in tiny (like size of a quarter) paper cups to cool. They're delicious! I don't have the recipe but there are ones online. Also, nanimo bars are good too! but a bit bigger than bite sized.
