Psychological Question about a Friend!?

This is kinda' a joke but I want to know something about a friend in school. I want to know if he has symptoms of an obvious disorder.

1) Uncontrolable Blinking

2) Shouting and inability to control his voice

3) Uncontrollable Cussing

3) Shrugging his body alot and doing diverent wierd movements.

Please tell us this is purley for informational purposes and he will not be made fun of.

    My first thought is that it could be Tourette's. I don't know that for sure, though.
