Once resolved or in voting you can't delete them.

To delete a question while it's still open, go to the question , pass your mouse over the pencil icon in the toolbar below your question, click Delete Question.

All you can do is hope it is reported as a violation even resolved questions can be removed that way.You could try emailing the YA team y_answrs_team@yahoo.com

explaining as to why it (they) should be deleted,. however Yahoo will only delete questions if they violate the community guidelines or reveal personal contact information (e.g. email address, phone numbers, address etc).

The same as above pretty much applies to your answers.

  • You can only delete questions that you asked, and you can only do that while they are still 'open'. Once a question is in 'voting' or has been resolved via a Best Answer being chosen, the question belongs to Y!A and is in their database forever (or until they start archiving old Q&As anyway).

You can also email Yahoo Customer services at y_answers_team@yahoo.com or y_answrs_team@yahoo.com and ask for them to delete the question for you. In your email include the link to the question you want deleted, explain why you want it deleted and ask them to delete it for you

To delete your question while it's still open, go to the question page, pass your mouse over the pencil icon in the toolbar below your question, and click on Delete Question.

You can only delete open questions yourself via the Edit button.

Resolved questions with a best answer and undecided questions in voting cannot be deleted by users and go into a database that can be used for searching. They can only be deleted by Yahoo!.

The deletion of resolved questions with a best answer and the deletion of undecided questions in voting are covered by the Yahoo! Answers Team in http://suggestions.yahoo.com/detail/?prop=answers&...

Unfortunately, Yahoo! cannot delete anything that has ended up in Google and/or other websites.

Sorry, but you can't. Resolved questions are a part of the permanent database here and can only be deleted by staff, generally due to being violations.
