Doesn't anyone use the thumb buttons?

I used to use Yahoo! answers all the time...and then I didn't.

Now that I've been answering some questions again, I noticed that NO ONE uses the thumb buttons anymore. People used to go crazy on those little buttons. Why don't we use them anymore?

    Innocent, simple answers.. well, people just don't bother. You start getting into things like politics and whatnot... those thumbs are used as weapons.

    I do sometimes,if I really agree with someone,or strongly disagree.Only in like really necessary answers,not all the time for no reason =D
