Is this illegal (Cell phone service)?

Would it be illegal for me to use one of my parents SSNs to buy cell phone service so I do not need to make a security deposit. (because I have no credit history). The billing and everything would still be under my name.

    That is illegal.. It's not you ssn.. It's fraud
