Type of migraine or something worse?

At work today I had a funny feeling coming over me like I was going to be sick and pass out. All the sudden I felt shaky and I saw colored dots everywhere. I blinked to see if the dots would go away. The dots didnt go away and everything started going black. I did not lose consciousness because I was talking to a co-worker and telling her to get our boss. My eyes were wide open but everything was black. It took everything in me not to throw up. I leaned on the counter so I wouldn't fall backwards. Finally I could see again. I have a head ache and I'm still shaky. I am very freaked out and scared it will happen again. I did not go to the ER. I should have though. I read I could have had an Ocular Migraine but with those you normally lose vision in 1 eye. I losses my vision for about 15 seconds. What could this have been?
