Would you buy a 16 GB memory phone with SD card slot?....?
..if it was really good overall? Or a 4 GB memory phone with SD card up to 32 GB that hasn't too many good/impressive functions?
I'm wondering if 16 GB memory is enough for an Android smartphone if you regularly move taken pictures and other stuff to your pc and then delete them from your phone?
I meant a 16 GB memory phone WITHOUT (!!) SD card slot.

I would always choose the phone with the most memory, both integrated and available via a microSD memory card. It is true that you need as much memory as possible as Android phones are continually evolving, and even though you say you would move photos etc to your PC, every app you download will need regular updates that swallow more and more of your memory.
4 GB would suffice if you believe that you wont be wanting to use many apps however, but as you said, the specs are not that impressive. So it boils down to whether you want your phone to be mainly a phone, or you want speed and impressive screen, really good camera and a host of other features.
The main factor will be money as there is bound to be a big difference between the 4 GB and 16 GB phone. It would definitelty be cheaper to buy the 4 GB phone and add a 32 GB memory card.
If the 16 GB did not have a microSD card slot I'm pretty sure the 16 GB would still suffice you. Bear in mind that only about 2 thirds of integrated memory is user available. So a 4 GB phone may only have about 2 - 3 GB of memory for your photos.

When it comes to smartphones, you always want to go with big phone storage. There reasons for this 1 is 99% of apps will not transfer to ur sd card. On top of that when it's connected to your pc, you won't be able to access any of the apps on the sd card and if you take the sd card out for whatever reason you won't have those apps anymore and the apps will be useless unless your putting this sd card in another smartphone. The second reason and most important in my opinion is because when you run low on phone memory, your phone runs slower. So if you only have 2GB and you use 1.5 of your phone memory, which you will even if all your music and movies are on your sd card. your phones will be lagging a lot. more memory on the phone is always better.
P.S. And also, I don't know of a 16GB phone that doesn't take sd cards...Are you positive it doesn't take one? Take out the battery and check under it.

Yes I would but it. Depends on your needs actually. Somehow, I like to leave out a large enough space for my phone, such as 2gb. My songs took up much of the space of the sd card actually, so it really depends on how you use your phone.
