Could a good "musical ear" help me?

Hello!

I am working on a zombie video for an "end of the world" party on a club in december, video inspired by the Night of the living dead original trailer (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5gUKvmOEGCU) and I'm doing the sound too.

I am NOT a musician but I'm trying to do something good and simple with logic pro 9.

I can't figure out what are the 5 notes on the little title jingle and the four notes on the last title jingle, and I'd like to use them. I had different answers, it never really sounds ok so I need a confirmation.

Any good musician who could have a look at the video and tell me?

    0:21 = G down C# up F# up B down A#

    1:38 = chords are C-G-Bb-Eb / F-C-Eb-Ab-Bb / G-F-Bb-Eb / Eb-D-A-D (bottom note of chords to be played with left hand in octaves)
