Should i buy a ps3 slim PS vita xbox 360 slim or Wii U?

I need to choose one out of the 4 and i don't know what to choose i have a ton of games on ps3 and extra controllers add cables and charging docks for ps3 but im afraid to buy another as I've already had a phat and a slim and both failed on me. I'm open to any console but i'm thinking of either the ps3 or vita with xbox its a good system but there are so many extra fees for things you need like online, batteries, better mic, not forgetting i'm gonna have to rebuy all my games and dlc, im open to Wii u but it lacks third party developer support most developers are only gonna be developing for the specs of these consoles another 3yrs. When xbox 720 and ps4 come out all the developers will be developing for those. I'm thinking maybe PS vita but it doesn't have many games that impress me. Is the ps3 super slim very reliable when being played and left on for hours on end if not days to weeks
