Why do i wake right up after just falling asleep, read further plz?
So with in the first 10 to 30 min of falling asleep I'll end up walking up due to dreaming about something and then acting it out in real life but not like to the point where i'm standing up and walking around usually i dream about running or something to do with that and I'll jolt my legs like i'm running but it wakes me up because i move my body so fast and violently it can be anything, not just my legs it can be my arms or other body parts. I thought when you sleep your brain shuts your nersouse system down when you sleep, also how come when i lucid dream i can't control what goes on whatever comes to my mind ends up happening whether i know i'm dreaming or not during the dream. How come during dreaming you can feel different things you usually wouldn't be able to feel unless you were actually doing them?
