How can I get ahold of customer care to fix my account?
This is becoming a pain in the *** and I am about to delete my YAHOO account as HOTMAIL actually has PEOPLE there to answer your questions and to reset accounts in the same day!
I don't know what is gong on but I cannot for whatever reason log into my account and I can't even reset my password because it says that my account has been locked for OVER a month now! It also states a message saying that I would be able to reset my account TODAY, 11/24/2012 after 12:13 CST, it is now 12:30 CST and I still cannot get into anything to reset my account! There is no option, that I see to actually call someone and get real help so I am hoping someone out there can help me out on this one before I give up on YAHOO all together.

Due to the sensitivity of the information we'll need to gather, you are going to want to contact our Accounts team direclty. Use this link, which will bring you to a form:
http://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index?locale=en_U...
On the form, you'll want to pick the following options:
Yahoo! Account
Password and Sign In
Unable to Sign In
Then type: "Unable to sign in" in the box.
Then, you'll see a "Password Helper" yellow button. Try that, and if it fails, below that yellow button is a link that says "Contact Customer Care."
That should allow you to email our Accounts team to assist you, and if they are available at the time, an option to chat with our team as well through chat.
