Why is my hair like this?

Okay, Ive dyed my hair quite a few times over the last few years, been light, dark, neutral, every colour ecxept blue!

I had my hair pink a while ago, and when that came out, i used a home kit to dye it blonde. I used Live XXL Blonde OOB. It went okay but it was very orange at the bottom, so after a few weeks of conditioning, I went to a salon to get my hair bleached. (I also had it dip dyed purple while i was there). It was very white and I was really happy with it but after a while my hair went yellow. I bought silver shampoo, and toner, and last night i managed to get it pretty whiteish at the top, but the bottom is still quite yellow blonde.

How can I make my hair the same shade all the way down? I want it really light, but most of all i want it the same shade of blonde all the way down to the ends.
