Isolate g from this equation for simple harmonic motion

T = 2pi * sqrt(L/g*cosphi)

    T = 2pi * √(L/g*cosφ) square each side →

    T² = 4π²[L/(gcosΘ)] multiply by gcosΘ/T² →

    gcosφ = 4π²L/T² divide by cosΘ →

    g = 4π²L/(T²cosΘ)
