Has enyone out there in America, eaten goat meat? If so, how is it prepared?
I heard on a newscast that some ranchers in my state are raising goats for food, but I never saw it in the meat section of my grocery store. I want to try it.

Goat meat is exotic? What an idiot.
I've had it at both Mexican and Mediterranean restaurants. I really think it lacked flavor, but it's moist and textured like pork. They have a mild diet, so their meat is mild. The Mediterranean style had it highly seasoned with cardamom, cinnamon and cumin. I would think rosemary would go well with it
In would have no problem eating it again, it was quite mild and not offensive.

Yes, Mexican restaurant.
It has a strong taste and required long cooking.
