Should i buy the Wii u a ps3 or PS vita?

Let me put it like this i have had 2 ps3s and both are dead this means though i have all my games and things on ps3,i don't mind buying another one but i'm afraid it will break soon, ive had the fat and slim models if i buy a new one it will be the super slim, the Wii u looks really cool i think, its something new and i like nintendo games the price is a bit more but i know nintendo consoles never have problems and if for some reason something does happen they will send you a new one free, no hassle, i was thinking of buying a PS vita but its lacking games good games and don't just tell me what are you talking about its got uncharted and cod because neither are that great, i like the Wii u but it won't have any older games from this gen that can be played like skyrim, fall out, gta 4, and my favorite call of duty world at war, if the Wii u had these games I'd definitely buy it, but it doesn't. I do enjoy some games like Mario and Zelda, can someone recommend some good games for the Wii U? If i go with ps3 i have all my old games to use, i save the most money with this option and i keep all my bought dlc trophies and friends and old controllers. If i go with Wii u i get a great brand new reliable system that will last years to come, i can play all the old classics on nintendo, but i also lose alot of good games 3rd party developers never will bring to Wii u like skyrim, it will also cost more then a new ps3, if i get a PS vita i will have to buy a memory card and deal with the low amount of games actually worth playing but i can play alot of psp games on it and i can bring it anywhere which is good if your parents are divorced like me. I'm leaning towards Wii u but i can't decide i have so much stuff on playstation

Now from my perspective I just think the WII-U is just pointless. It's basically the WII but with a touch screen controller or something. Plus my brother agrees, and he knows more than me. He said the PS3 is more reliable I guess and from what I heard, maybe has more enjoyable games. But I'd do a ton of research before buying anything.
