Ramadan: Will you tell someone that they are wrong and they know they are wrong?

Salam Alaikum,

How are you my dear brothers and sisters. I hope you are fine if so lets thank the Almighty Allah.

my question is, will you tell someone that what they are doing is wrong; keep telling them but they already know.

Like some people i know, i'm definitely sure that they know the wrong deeds but keep on doing it, like the girls doing a camel hump (making a hump hair and then covering their hair with scarf and prophet Muhammad (SAW) cursed them), and some people holding the quran without wearing hijab, or doing wudu) will you tell them that its not good in islam?

In my mind, i always think of telling them, but telling them is useless in my mind, they wouldnt listen, but then somehow some days, i come to think of it, atleast tell them its not good, they may or may not listen.

So shall i tell anyone i see who is doing wrong deeds that they are wrong and should do this (the right thing).

Muslims of now adays, know they are doing wrong but whats in their mind is since i'm a muslim and i said the shahada, then i can do whatever i want. like girls in ksa, wear makeup, lot of eyeliner, open their hair, their abayas, do camel hump hair styles to attract men. I'm not imitating but i feel bad for them, i feel guilty some how.
