Can people on the PS vita talk to people on ps3 (read)?
So on ps3 when your not in a game you can go to start new chat then you can click on voice video chat or txt chat. If someone is in a audio/video chatroom on ps3 can someone with a PS vita join it? I know PS vita players can talk with one another but is there any possible way for PS vita players to chat with friends on ps3 besides sending messages

yeah if you own a PS vita you can send messages to PS3 users because its Playstaion network, i know because some guy on his PS vita added me then talked to me and he thought i had a PS vita. i have no clue about the chat room thing.
