How to ask my friend to stop emailing me?

I really don't like getting emails from my friends because that's why the world made texting and she wouldn't stop it. then she texted me at twelve am and I just wanted to go off. And she was like what is your deal. Plus she has these mood swings and so one minute she is all hey whats up and the next shes so deviance she just ugggg what should I do

    First of all emails are fine for longer convos. I mean 1 long email instead of 50 texts makes sense to me. Stop being a twit.

    Secondly sounds like your friend is Bi-polar. I've dealt with an online friend like that earlier this year. I found that she was bringing ME down so I wrote her an email saying that I was terminating this friendship out of self preservation. Then I blocked her email account.
