I'm an 18yr old girl and I have a really sweet bf but anytime he hugs me or kisses me even though I like it I just feel like you don't deserve affection you worthless slut. Ugh why would I feel like this and how do I get rid of it?

Stop being insecure. You're not worthless & you're not a slut. You obviously do deserve him if he still likes you

Have you done anything so people called you worthless or a slut or both? That could be your problem. It could be left over feelings about something in your past. Try to realize you can start a new life and be someone new. If nothing ever happened like that then maybe your not appreciated enough by people. Check and see who you surround yourself with. Maybe talk to your boyfriend.

it clearly fear and insecurities that is over taking your mind. It usually coming from past things that has happened to you where you feel YOU WERE responsible, if you are able to forgive yourself and acknowledge that your human and that everyone makes mistakes then you will be more at peace.
