Is it bad that i run faster when i carry the football?

normally i have a decent speed but when i carry the ball my reactions are faster and i can accelerate at first i thought i was just crazy but my coach showed me film of me running and its true. is this good or bad

    It's bad man, you gotta give 110% on every down if you want to succeed. The guys who play in college and in the pros are all giving everything they got on every play. Even if you're a receiver blocking on the backside of a sweep or something you gotta give it all you got.

    I think everyone tries harder once they have the ball, its not bad, its just the want of scoring. Its a good quality to have, but you should give 100% on every down. But nothing wrong with it, most people perform better with the ball, then without.
