sudden chest pain that last 20-30 seconds?

It's happened two to three times in the past year.

When I suddenly stand up from bed/sitting on the couch, I get a sudden sharp pain in the chest area that last twenty seconds (strong) and kind of fades out within another thirty seconds. I'm fourteen, have never had any major injuries, am slightly bellow five foot and weight about a hundred fifteen pounds. I don't eat the healthiest, but I don't eat fried food all day long, or fast foods often.

Does anyone have any idea what it might be?

Could be stress related. Could be the way you were sitting or laying also. Like a cramp. Or it could be more then that. If ur real worried about it get it checked by a doctor doesint hurt to get checked. but it doesint seem very serious.
