Private charities should be heavily taxed ( even 200%) . Weird?
Tax revenue will dramatically increase, as there'll be decline in exemptions upon charity-blockade.

Diamonds, luxury cars, private jets, golf membership fees etc.
You know for the rich guys they will change from Mercedes Benz to jet,and the car is inferior good to him. The state can have more money because they don't care.
