Confused about a "Family Guy" reference?

For all you "Family Guy" fans that are a little more educated on the remarks they make on the show...in the episode, "Internal Affairs" (the one where Joe cheats on Bonnie with a partner at the police station), when Lois is telling Peter about some sort of online dating website Bonnie's now on that's disgusting for some reason, she says, "It's disgusting. All I know is they're doing whatever they do tomorrow."

What does that mean-- "..they're doing whatever they do tomorrow." ? I've been wondering this for quite some time and I'm dying to know. Thanks for the help in advance.

Lois is referring to scatophilia: "It is a deviant sexual act of defecating on one's partner's chest". According to the Family Guy wiki, it mentions that Bonnie's "diarrhea date" is "an allusion in the Cleveland steamer gag". The link is in my source below.

It depends on what specific group the dating website is for. The joke is that the dating website users are somehow different from everyone else.
