First of all I'd like to say that I am not a native speaker xD
I'd like to know if english rap (Jay-Z, Eminem and so on) is understood in a native english speaker.
Or is it for fun?
I find it funny.

American rap uses a lot of slang - so if you speak "proper English" you might not understand everything that is said. The sentence structure & the slang terms & grammar are different

Like is their music translated for other languages? I don't think so but there are sub-titles sometimes.
