Depends on where the most significant link, e.g. "Please CLICK HERE To Validate Your Account", leads. If it lands you on a genuine *.yahoo.com domain and part of their account management infrastructure, then it's very likely legit. Otherwise, not so much.

S. be certain you seem into it mind-blowing previously you respond to it
