Jagex - EoC Flop (RuneScape update question & call to action)?

Oh believe me, we're working on it. I'll be damned if Jagex wasted 10yrs of my life because I can cause 10yrs of pain back!

First of all, eoc sucks, it has been blatently forced upon us against the majorities will.

i have been a paying member for 7 years, i tried the beta several times and hated it, i hoped they would not go live with it, but they did, which killed the game for me, i tried it a few times but still hated it, so i canceled membership, i had purchased a 6 month membership in september, since i will no longer play my beloved runescape, i asked for a refund of my unused time remaining of 3 months 15 dollars u.s. as i didnt purchase this garbage update, i was told there will NOT be a refund, even though this update changes the complete mechanics of the game, in turn making it a game i would never had purchased in the first place, jagex could easily open up a few servers for us long time players that have paid thier salaries for the past 10 years, but they wont listed to us veterans or admit they messed up, i was an avid player with 6 level 99's, all but one skill over 90, quest point cape, lava cape etc. i have absolutely no desire to play this game anymore, and i wont play anymore unless the roll back this failed update, or open up some servers for us eoc haters, another thing i changed my name to 'nerf the eoc' and they changed it back to 'danny boat', so i changed it to 'eoc rubbish' and im sure they will change it back again, they wont admit they made a HUGE mistake, they could at least give us a refund since they ruined the game for us, but they wont, runescape is the only mmorpg game i cared to play, i hate wow and other such games for the same reason as i now hate runescape, complicated combat. runescape was a game i could relax and play after work and didnt have to do a lot of complicated junk, also i have never afk trained, so dont think thats why i liked it as it was, i enjoyed the simplicity of combat, it worked for me. and a lot of others appearently,

True, the eoc makes runescape sucks.You can see the people playing runescape is becoming more less and less and less. Even the mems are quitting ( including me) . The newbie who once called noob is now suddenly is a pro. This type of fighting is driving me insane. Even the store is making me sick, the rubbish brutal weapon. The once famous god weapons and all ( i own 2 of them ) is now like worth nothing ( the solomon's general store and all those rubbish shops ). Now... if you go to ge( grand exchange ) or anywhere, you can see scammers all around runescape. Before the eoc, i always merchant and training for combats, magic, woodcutting and all the other skills. But now, the training worth nothing, NOTHING. I have plenty others reasons but... this is enough to make everybody says that eoc sucks.

RS has always been different, fun to play, complicated yet simple if that makes

any sense. Now its just like any other game out there. Sorry Jagex, unless you

can provide a few worlds with the old RS, this "member" (subscriber would be

a better word) is will have to move on. Like you said, everything changes: I just

hope you are ready for the change. No threats, no insults, just saying it like it is.

i have played rs for many years ,and loved the game,because it was more simple to play than any other morg game.it has so much content even i havent learn't everything on this game.

However this eoc has destroyed the entire game and the community with it.

Lastly may i also say that the disabled people in this game(i am not one of them) have been totally over looked as i have heard from many that they cannot play rs any more because of the eoc changes(they cant manage even simple moves),that to me is the last straw!!!!!

are you freaking kidding me? if your gonna send an email to them, send it about the stupid squeal of fortune/solomons store!! im sick of the stupid pop ups, it doesnt make the game have the feel, and the oec is fine!! Use idiots dont understand why they released it, bosses, became so simple, their was nothing you can do to a boss, nothing to make it harder, pray, pot and attack with chaotic was the main thing.. now they have much more differences they can do which will be seen in the new gm quest coming out in a few days, use are just annoyed that your d claws, god swords specials and stuff is gone, but i do agree with the tagging system stealing your kills

Jagex is a Limited liability company. They can do whatever they want with Runescape, rather the fanbase likes it or not.

Yes, they can do what they like. However, if enough of their paying consumers are no longer willing to pay, and if we voice the reason we are no longer willing to pay, the company will either be forced to compromise or go bankrupt. No paying consumers = no income.
