No that's impossible because baby wouldn't have parts and couldn't support a baby inside of it.

They do when they become sexually mature. And, the youngest female human to reproduce was 5 years old, she is while technically not a baby she was very young.

Nope.
Babies don't have the right hormones in their bodies or chemicals, they also don't produce eggs or anything, and babies don't have sex, I imagine it would be stupidly hard to have sex with a baby. So no, they don't have babies.
