Help me :'( please ...?

Hello I'm 13 and 5'9... And weigh 8.4stone that's like 116 lb around and model ..

So my story begins when I was 9 I was already concerned about my weight and my appearance I started shaving when I was six (my legs) and I wore makeup everyday from the age 9 and I had. A gym ball and running machine for Christmas~ I dieted even then + exercise

So when I was 11 being as sensitive as ever about my weight somebody called me fat; so Cut a long story short I starved myself for 5 days + compulsive exercise Collapsing as I worked out for 2.5 hours every night 5 hours at weekends .... Until I collapsed at school and they phoned home n my secretive days were over~they said I needed counselling but I put up a fuss and refused to go because it made me feel like I was retarded and I didt like that feeling. I was convinced I would sort it out by myself....

Few months later I passed out with pain in my abdomen ...from then on the same sharp pain in my stomach put me in and out of hospital for 3 months;it was gallstones three golf ball sized balls in my gallbladder that in the end burst my gallbladder and were free in my body and I had to have an operation a day before my twelfth birthday. I lost 1 n a bit stone Going down to 7 stone

Once I had recovered the normality began again and this time I had a new weapon~ Acai pills with more exercise and food plans having 900 calories a day with strict times of eating and what it was ...

Then I went on holiday and found some older lads that thought I looked 16 very happy memory;but all the food and the guilt of hardly exercising soon kicked in and I made myself sick I said just once but it happened again and again and again+ worked out for 3 hours a day I had even brought my DVD with me .... I said ambs you workout n binge for these two weeks then it stops.2 weeks later I got home.

I still continued to binge when I got home+exersice+ food intake reduced+Acai pills ... 6 months down the line still do all the stuff ...PLEASE HELP ME

    Please stop doing this to yourself. I am thirteen too and I am 5ft 7in and I am.a healthy weight of 112 pounds which is around 8 stone. Accroding to the BMI calculator, you are underweight for your height. I do regular exercise and eat healthily and I am.happy with my body. I am a healthy weight. Do not listen to the bullies because if anything, you are underweight for your height ans you need to solve this by eating healthily and doing.regular exercise which will also help your modelling career. Please check out the BMI.website for healthy tips and.check out the childline website if you need more advice and trust me it helps. Please do not think skinny is healthy because it.is not always. Ok some people are naturally skinny or plump but.it means they exercise regulary and eat healthily. So please go ob to Childline for advice and I.hope this helped you because you are beautiful and unique.and there is no one in the world.exactly.like you and you may.not know.it but you are someones.reason to snile.Hope this cheered you up and that you will listen to tbis message because I would have failed if you dont. xx :)
