What is the best hard drive enclosure?
I have an extra 1TB 3.5 inch internal hard drive that is not being used right now.I am looking forward to buying an enclosure for it so I can use it as an external drive.I am wanting to know what would be a good enclosure to get for it?

What ever you do remember that if it falls when it is running, even a couple inches, it's toast. Usually people have them plugged in and snag the cable when they move, pulling it onto the floor, instantly making it into a door stop. For that reason, I leave them on the floor so there is nowhere for them to fall. Another possibility is to mount them into a ~empty desktop case, ie big enough that it is unlikely they will be dropped. When they are not running, the heads are parked and it will take a small bump, but they are still sensitive.

just about any one would work, though depending on the supported interfaces, some may run faster than others.
i recommend IcyDock, though they won't work with ALL hard drives, so be sure to check compatibility first...
