Have i eaten too much?
right so
for breakfast i had fennel tea with sugar and a piece of breaded chicken breast
i had a brownie with a chocolate cover (it said 150 cals on the wrapper)
for dinner i had several pieces of broccoli and 2 small potatoes, as well as a mini pizza (about the size of your palm), 2 mini pies (basically a mouthful each) and half a roast potato
throughout the day i had 2 unsweetened cups of tea and 5 pieces of gum
my target cals per day is 500, i can do less but not more, so have i stuck to less than 500? My cal calculator says I've done 1000 which is making me feel absolutely disgust?d at myself- i guess i just need your clarification?
it's really sweet of you to be concerned, however i would like to assure you, i know what I'm doing and that it's bad for me. I'm just crash dieting till i reach a 'good' weight. I don't exercise so don't need so many cals either. I'm 158cm tall and weigh 57kg (perfectly healthy)

Honestly that's terrible. Not enough calories, you're starving yourself. The calories you are eating are empty calories, except for the chicken and broccoli. You should be eating at least 1200 calories a day.
Stick with lean meats; fish, chicken, turkey, lean ground beef
Carbohydrates/fiber; sweet potatoes, brown rice, quinoa, vegetables, fruits
Eat four or five small meals per day, this will boost metabolism. Drink plenty of water. Crystal light is good for adding some flavor to your water.

If your target for calories per day is 500, than you seriously need to see a docotor. A person can't function on 500 calories. I'm only 13 so I'm not the most experienced, but I do know that doing what your doing is not healthy and no offense, kind of stupid. Staying healthy is about quality, not quanity. If you replaced the brownie you had with some meat, or something with more calories, but also more nutrition, it will be way healthier and will honestly make you lose weight faster.
Source(s): My friend has anorexia and she's in the hospital. Having 500 cals a day is not healthy and will lead you down a bad path. :( - 8 years ago
I think you are far from eating too much. I eat anywhere from 100 to 200 calories more than you. If I eat more I feel like I have over eaten. I am trying to lose weight so I am jogging 2 miles 5 days a week. Could you tell me if you noticed a weight increase or decrease when you started eating around 500 calories a day? I really need to lose some weight.

That's far too little, you'll mess up your metabolism by doing that! But that's about 550calories
