Google Browser > Open new tab > Top right corner, click on anything there till you see a list with options, click "Settings" > A new tab will open, "Extensions", disable the following programme.

1. Uninstall it from Control Panel!
2. If that Snap Do toolbar have a search engine and it appears when you open the Chrome try the following things: go to Settongs -> at "On opening" click on "Open a page or a set of pages", select that and select on "Set the pages", delete that search engine and let only Google or the search engine you use the most!
