what do i do about these two people that are pissing me off at school?

Ok, so there are these two kids that piss me off to no end, one of them is thiis one guy who loves to talk shiit behind my back about me and seems to have a huge case of cynical asshole syndrome, he's a douche who just irritates the **** out of me but for some reason, he acts thuggish but he ain't about that. The second dude is this dude who seems to love to cause drama, he called me out saying how can I finish track when I barely finished football, I said that I didn't barely make it, I played hard and at least I finished, he goes around telling people he wants to fight me but he doesn't have the guts to do anything and he just talks and its so irritating. I'm trying to stay away from fighting because I'm a football player and run track, but people piss me off, what should I do
