I have a 2.8 GPA (unweighted) 3.2 (weighted)

I don't know if this helps or not, but I lived in England in 9th and 10th grade and moved to America (New Jersey) at the beginning of 11th grade. and im a senior right now.

Here is the summary from the College Board about NJIT admissions:

Read all the tabs - lots of good information there.
I think you are good for it but it is not a lock. Have back-up plans.
Recalculate your GPA - use just academic courses and rank them on a 4.0 basis.
If English is not your first language, make sure that you have a short and literate accompanying note to your application explaining this fact. Also if you are in the first generation in your family to go to college, let them know that as well.
EDIT - Architecture is usually within the school of Engineering - a sub-specialty within civil engineering [many exceptions though].
NJIT has a superb Civil Engineering program.
Your M score is decent but not earth-shattering. The other scores are not very good which is why I urge you to explain why - and having English as a second language is a good reason.
Good luck - have backup plans in case NJIT doesn't work out for you or, even more likely, they accept you into the university but not into the Archy or C.E. program.
