Where can I find Teacup Maltese puppies?
My family and I are looking into getting another dog. Right now we have a Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix, and in a few weeks we'll be moving to Arizona. So I won't be getting the puppy until a couple of weeks, but are there any websites that I could find Teacup Maltese puppies for sale?

totally they are soooo cute and they are good companions, but so are normal Maltese dogs-- toy dogs have massive health issues when they grow up, so a normal Maltese is probably a better choice...Maltese puppies can cost any where from 1000 to 10000 so it really depends on who and where you but it...!!!

First of all never buy a dog from a website, you always want to find a reputable breeder. Not only are reputable breeders usually less expensive, they know how to treat their puppies and will help you chose the right puppy. Also you really need to find out where the breeders are relative to your location in Arizona, so I suggest you do that when you get there. Do research so you can determine the signs of a reputable breeder as not all breeders are reputable. Usually breeders are interested in the treatment of the dog after it goes to your home, and are even willing to take the dog back from you if the situation arises, rather than letting the dog go to a shelter. And one last thing, don't be fooled by the marketing term "teacup", basically what a teacup puppy is, is a smaller than average toy dog which will likely have many problems including bones that are easily broken and all the other problems that come with being too small. A "regular" Maltese is already small and I wouldn't see why you would want to pay extra money for a "teacup" dog.

There is no such thing as a teacup Maltese. The AKC breed standard is weight under 7 pounds, with from 4 to 6 pounds preferred.

Yes, just look for back yard breeders or puppy mills that offer no health guarantee , no shots, and charge you an arm or a leg for a runt of the litter puppy with possible health problems.
They are toy dogs and the correct size is a small healthy dog. There is no need to go any smaller

You could find a breeder from the AKC website: http://www.akc.org/classified/search/landing_puppy...
You could also look into finding a rescue group for them near where you're moving.
