What should i do my girlfriend wants me to have a journal?

Your girlfriend wants you to keep a journal?? Why? Isn't that your own personal decision to make? Some people keep a journal for therapeutic reasons, it helps them to sort out their feelings. But I can tell you that if you do keep a journal, she will want to read it without you knowing. And if she finds out something you haven't told her about, she will want to confront you on it. She wants you to keep a journal so she can "know all your secrets," if you have any.

So, keep a journal. You can write whatever.... just keep telling yourself the truth. Nobody has to know, or read it. (Even girlfriend, perhaps ten years into marriage).
