Partial derivatives! dont understand!?

this example in the book, i dont understand the steps:

i do understand that x^3 and z^3 differentiate and y is 0 since its considered as a constant. but what i dont get is how they broke down the 6xyz. how did it come out to 6yz+6xy???

    First find the derivative of the binomial.
