i want to play a computer game on the ds but for me to do that the game has to be an old DOS game how can i make it into one?

Convert a DOS into a .bat? You don't know what you're referring to in the first place.
You certainly don't understand how to convert a "normal game" (whatever you think that is) to a DOS game would take a considerably amount of work, and might even be near impossible.
Why don't you just tell us the game, and we can see if we can help, instead of you looking for what you mistakenly think is a solution but is really just a complication.

You can't. Games can't be converted for different platforms, they have to be rewritten and recompiled
