What canned goods and packaged items could I open and eat WITHOUT cooking?

I am trying to compile some products for the purpose of FASTING. I don't want to do anything but eat when necessary and pray.

    Canned fruits and any canned food contain fruit acids.

    I think you are confused. Fasting means NOT eating.

    All canned foods are already fully cooked and can be eaten at room temperature right after opening.
