Beautiful dress!
I would say either of the black shoes, but not the pink as it could look too childish and take the attention away from the dress which is the statement piece.
Also maybe wear with a small silver chain bracelet or some pearls to add an extra touch but not take attention away from the dress.

Ooh that's a tough one! I love the last pair but I'm not sure of ankle boots with a skater dress, the second pair might look a bit slightly like gothic-chic, so the first pair I think would work best.!
