Why is no one answering over at Other - Yahoo! Messenger?

as you move from the main categories into the sub categories you get less users available to answer. and that is a sub sub category. also i think that many who answer in the sub categories also answer in others so they are spread around. add to that the fact that there is a big banner stating that staff is answering in that category.might cause some to think its covered. i personally rarely use my messenger so i have never thought to check out that category.
