You will have a hard time finding such a high-paying job without wearing nice clothes unless you have certain credentials. Are you a gardener, geologist, or mechanic? If not, I doubt you will get a high paying job that does not require nice clothes.
You may have to start your own business. You can be a house painter, repairman, or lawn-mower. Those jobs probably would not allow you to buy a house, though, since you would not have an employer.
No one here knows what is available one mile from your house or your mother's house. Maybe you could work on a farm if there is one near you.
You may have to settle for a cheaper home or renting until you can learn to communicate more effectively and can meet job requirements like getting to the job and wearing job-appropriate clothing.
If you have a disability, check with the welfare office for advice on job openings for people with disabilities. They may not pay much, but it can be a start.

First, learn how to speak English. Failing English, move to America. Learn the use of words. 'Need' is not the same as 'want'. Discover when to employ the article 'a' in a sentence. Gads! At the risk of harming your ego, I would suggest that you go into business for yourself. Make a product that does not involve much capital and little intellect. Perhaps you should contemplate moving to one of the former colonies. Start with the USA. They have programs (and a president) for people at your level. Over there, they are called Democrats. In short, leave here and go where you can be admired.
