Do you think this will happen if they illegalize tobacco?
Do you think there will be illegal tobacco trade and tobacco cartels? You know kind of like how there are drug cartels.

Well they can grow tobacco in Virgina rather well, so it might be more like the Meth trade, than South American drug cartels

Definitly. it wouldnt be a major thing, like cocaine trade. More like farmers meeting up with people on the downlow providing a fix for a fee

For sure. There would be those who would profit from it like they do with other illegal yet addictive drugs or products.
