So people might think it's real...a kind of new theme for discussion. Here it goes:

" I come from 2030, the not so far future. Our president is James Walterson, a cruel dictator. He came to power because people were sick of not being able to recover from our economical crysis. He saved us all. He stopped the problems. He made peace with our enemies. But, it came with a heavy price: He subdued all political structures to his will, he promoted an increasing level of hate and intolerance towards immigrants, black people and Jews. When a reporter called Benjamin Levinson tried to shake his hand, he replied: " I don't shake hands with Jews." Everyone remained stunned. However, he managed to downplay this incident with the help of his staff. He won the elections, suported by neo-nazis, KKK and other such organizations. First step: he shut down the media, he banned the use of internet and entered Hollywood. Now, Hollywood is turned into his personal propaganda machine, and is forbidden to make any other movies than those showing how great he is, how much good he did to us and, of course, those depicting foreigners as monsters and the stuff of evil. Newspapers are full with jobs that end with: " non-Americans need not apply." or " Sorry, we don't accept blacks and immigrants.". He waged war against the world, using the army. It's World War III out there. New York is heavily bombed. There's no light, no running water, people starve to death. The secret technology is thrown in: robots fly above our heads, firing with laser beams and bombs. UFO-like machines spread terror upon the advancing troops. Los Angeles lies in ruins. It's an eerie silence at day and panic at night. Gangs of thugs attack everyone. Their eyes are filled with something evil and strange. The army doesn't protect us, it's too busy fighting the invading armies. We're on our own out here. I took an AK-47 and fought through an abandoned science lab. It holds a time machine. Time travelling is forbidden by law and the punish for using it is death. If you're caught before using it, you're sentenced to death. If not, they'll kill your family. But I have no family. They died because they dared speak against Walterson. Nothing to loose, I used it.

I am here and wanting to pass this message, as I die. You die if you use a time travelling machine without the propper equipment. I couldn't attack the official building, since it's heavily guarded and I wouldn't stood stand a chance."

Ok, don't spread it, I guess I'll use it in a book/ screenplay or so, what do you think?:)
