My head really hurts, real bad, help?

Okay so when I woke up today I Got up as normal and went to take a shower but I felt this urge to throw up, I didn't though. And after I got out of the shower I felt like a lot of pressure in my head. I kind of worried and then I went to do some fast head shaking and it felt like someone was stabbing my brain. It was so painful even when I caughed it hurt a lot as well as when I tried to run or walk up the stairs. I took aspirin along with acepyrimantophen or however you spell it. Basically it's 500mg and I took two, which it told me too. It took most of the pain away except it hurts a tiny bit when I shake my head. It's starting to come back since the pain medicine is going away. I've had a problem with sinuses as well as I have a tumor on my optic chiasm which hasn't grown since I was 7 years old. Is this a migraine or worse?
