I was wondering if there's other countries with the same metric system as the US?
Ok I'll rephrase, I wonder if there's another country besides the US using the old British system.

I don't know why, some answers to this question say, that the US does not use the metric system. They are wrong.. The US does use the metric system. All countries worldwide use the metric system to some degree. There is only one metric system, and SI is the modern version.
Examples of metric use in the US are...Electrical units of measure such as Volt, Ampere, and Watt are metric units. Also metric measures are used in the Medical, Military, Manufacturing, Auto Industry, Science and Technology throughout the US.
To answer the second part of your question...Im assuming that when you say "the old British system" you are referring to US Customary measures (USC) as we use them now. World wide there is only one country that officially uses "the old British system" (USC) as its primary system of measure and that country is Liberia. There are however a number of countries that use USC as a secondary measure. Examples are.. The Philippines and some Caribbean countries.
I hope this answers your question.

The UK has the metric system, well, imperial has been banned so we sort of use half and half and everyone gets confused. I know weights in stone and pounds, but we're meant to use kilograms or something. And I know measurements in feet and metres but we're supposed to say yards I think.
