How do I calculate the volume of this aquatrium?

It measures 36 1/2 inches long..18 inches wide and 15 1/2 inches deep..not homework it was left in a rent house..and I am bad at math

    multiply all the above numbers and you get the volume in cubic inches.

    divide by 231 to get gallons

    That is about 44 gallons. I suspect you measured the outside, so consider this a 40 gallon tank.

    Multiply 36.5 x 18 x 15.5

    10183.5 cubic inches.

    Because we only have 3 significant digits, 10200 cubic inches is a better answer.
