GF constantly wants sex?

I'm 17 and my girlfriend is constantly wanting to have sex. She said she would that if I said said yes she would BJ me and get me a 3-way with her sister (who is OMFG SOOOOO HOTT) but I say no because I feel like she isn't ready and I want to respect her and her body.
