How can I find out why my contributions are deleted at wikipedia?

My edit counter indicates that 626 of my contributions have been deleted.

How can I find out which contributions have been deleted and why?

    Articles that are deleted:

    If you know what the article title was, find it on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Log

    If you don't know, any admin can check your deleted contributions. Post {{adminhelp}} on your talkpage to summon an admin who can help you with this.

    If its about contributions, simply check the articles history, and refer to the edit summary for why the edit was made.
