I purchaced a product with Yahoo's partnership with Product Quest?

Totaled $67.95 for Windows 7 "branded" OS.THis was 11/04 2012. Today 12/05/2012 I have no money refunded,nor what was ordered.And,of course theres STILL NO WAY anyone can communicate with a rep. of Yahoo. As always just running around the same **** bushes non stop for nothing. No live help,no customer service.I suppose that this is yet one more sum I'll have to try and digest in my stomach?My "order confirmation has as a header,https://us-dc2-order.store.yahoo.net/yhst-21669946... which also leads nowhere.Any suggestions now?It's now been over three hours of run around with no connection from either. Do you all enjoy being bent over and abused from these folks all the time? Time for a real change I guess.Phone number listed by site says "no longer in service" so I must get ready to say well u D S O B gotcha again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Not sure if there is a question there, it's been long enough to request a credit card chargeback or paypal refund.

    The owners have had the ProductQuest.net site name for like 9 years, there are few complaints to be found, it doesn't look to be a ripoff site, yours may be a relatively uncommon incident.

    I do see ProductQuest has a toll free number...
