No, it is felony welfare fraud.

If you have an apartment complex why not just rent to them for what they can afford and not try to screw the tax payers?

You really should contact your local Section 8 office and ask them.

You can lease a house, to a section 8 family member, but they will have to pay the full rent because you will NOT be able to get money (from the government) for part of it.

It is in violation of Section 8 rules to rent to a family member or relative. The reason is that the county will pay you most of the rent and you may not be charging your family member at all, so you would be making out if you are not really charging the person any rent. To keep things above board they dont allow it. That would be fraudulent.

that's a lease violation and section 8 tenants could be evicted for that. in certainty if section 8 unearths out approximately it, they're going to lose their counsel fullyyt. you're on your legal rights to develop the lease, yet in undemanding terms AFTER the 1st 3 hundred and sixty 5 days of the settlement. section 8 won't enable a upward thrust till then. deliver them a be conscious that the unauthorized tenant could desire to be got rid of or you will report eviction. additionally state that in the event that they choose him to stay that he has to bypass via the right approval technique and be extra to the lease. additionally be useful to tell them that the lease will bypass up if he's extra.

If you are going to put Jehovah on your description, you should try to not be so greedy.

You are asking others to support your child when you are fully capable of doing so yourself. Welfare is for families too poor to pay rent. Not for families to selfish to share.

Maybe this country wouldn't be going under if we didn't have so many greedy people taking advantage of their fellow citizens.
